  1. Introduction:

Welcome to Render3D, a company that specializes in selling digital content. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

  1. Ordering Process:

2.1. Orders: All orders for our digital content must be placed through our designated channels as specified on our website or communicated separately.

2.2. Invoice: After an order is placed, we will generate an invoice that includes the total amount payable for the chosen digital content.

2.3. Payment Terms: Payment for the order is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice or upon delivery of the digital content, whichever occurs sooner.

2.4. Currency: All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

 

  1. Pricing and Payment:

3.1. Pricing: The prices for our digital content are clearly displayed on our website or communicated separately.

3.2. Taxes: Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by governmental authorities will be added to the total price and are the responsibility of the customer.

3.3. Payment Method: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method specified on our website or communicated separately.

3.4. Late Payments: In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 10% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.

3.5. Non-Payment: Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension or cancellation of the order or future orders.

 

  1. Delivery and Ownership:

4.1. Delivery: Upon receipt of full payment, we will deliver the purchased digital content to the email address provided during the ordering process or through other means as communicated separately.

4.2. Ownership: The ownership and intellectual property rights of the digital content remain with RENDER3D until full payment is received.

 

  1. Edits and Revisions:

5.1. Edits: Each purchased digital asset includes two rounds of edits, which must be requested within one week from the date of delivery.

5.2. Additional Fees: If additional edits are requested beyond the two rounds included, we reserve the right to charge additional fees based on our current pricing and policies.

 

  1. Refunds and Cancellations:

6.1. Cancellations: Cancellations of orders can only be made within 24 hours of order origination.. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

6.2. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds unless we receive a written cancellation of an order no longer than 24 hours after it has been placed.



  1. Intellectual Property:

7.1. License: By purchasing our digital content, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal or commercial purposes within the scope of the license provided.

7.2. Prohibited Use: You are prohibited from reselling, distributing, modifying, or using the digital content in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes upon our intellectual property rights.

 

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties:

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our digital content for any purpose. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our digital content.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from the purchase or use of our digital content is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

 

  1. Modifications to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or communicating separately. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

 

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cook County Illinois.
